1. Would you prefer to attend meetings in the early evening (4:30 - 6:oo), late evening (6:00 - 7:30) or night (7:00 - 8:30).
2. Do you receive the newsletter?
3. Would you be willing to contribute to the newsletter (writing an article, snack or activity idea, etc., submitted by e-mail)?
4. What topics of interest would you like professional development to address: emerging literacy, advocacy, discipline, motor development, occupational therapy, sensory integration? Please indicate any other areas you would like to see training in.
5. Are you a teacher, center director, family home child care provider? Please indicate your area if not mentioned. What is a convient location for you to attend a meeting? Sussex County Community College, NORWESCAP on Halsey Road in Newton or if you know of another place (school/library, etc., please indicate).
6. Where do you work? Public school, preschool, private primary school, day care center, infant/toddler program, retired, etc?
